How you reached your rating
Each slice is the points a rating added, largest first. Small ones are grouped. The VA then rounds to the nearest 10.

How the VA combines these
The VA does not add percentages. It applies each rating to what is left of a whole person, largest first, rounds to a whole number at each step, then rounds to the nearest 10. This skips the bilateral factor, so it can land below your official number.
